Coat of arms design do not apply

Description​

When I go to edit my house's coat of arms, the design does not apply and instead ignores all changes. However, when I edit my dynasty's coat of arms, it overrides both my house's and my dynasty's coat of arms.

Steps to reproduce​

Edit coat of arms, either by changing details or generating a random one

I noticed that this is a founding house bug. For example you cant edit the Karling founding house CoA within the Karling Dynasty but if you edit the Dynasty CoA it changes the Founding house as wall. But you can edit the Wigerich or any Karling cadet branch CoA independently and it wont change the dynasty CoA

Try reloading the game, the English CoA doesn't reset after william wins the war, so might be same bug

Why hasn't there been any feedback on this issue yet Paradox? It's a widely-encountered bug.

This is fixed in the most recent Hotfix.
