When I start up the mod it either keep crashing or stays frozen at the "checking checksum screen till the end of time, and I've gotten everything downloaded correctly so any way that I can get the mod to work ?

I've tried multiple launch parameters. They work until RAM usage goes crazy and the game crashes, every single time. The only way forward is for you to fix this (game is officially in legacy vidmate status.
