In my VIP game playing as Italy I've totally beaten Austria. They have now no divisions and pops revolting everywhere. As far as I can understand realities of the age, at that point something terrible should happen to Austria, reducing it to what it is nowadays.
So, I want to write an event that can trigger for every state when certain conditions are met (desperation, is satellite, national trauma etc.). I wonder, if there is a command that could force a collapsing nations to free as many satellites as it can. I want the event to be universal, that is, not just for Austria. And my question is: is there any command that could be useful here? Maybe you have better ideas about such an event?
What occurs in the game, is Austria making few divisions and recapturing it's provinces. Could that happen in reality? Could you imagine Hungarians, Serbs, Croats, Czechs, Poles and many others just doing nothing while Austria has no military at all?
Another thing is I've seen a country formed by rebellion once or twice in my entire experience with the game, and I have been playing for a few years. Why is it so impossible in Vicky, while you can see plenty of it in Europa Universalis?
