In one of DD it was stated that in FTG missionary and colonist calculation is made at the end of the process, not at the start of it. I find it frustrating, as I used to colonise multiple colonies with my conquistador (now doing so requires much more micromanagement), as well as starting conversions after excellent minister event, or during the reign of good monarch (which now is ether impossible or hard).

I understand that it might (not necessary do) make more sense, but I don't like it for gameplay reasons. So how can I change this, so success chance is calculated once again at the start of the process?

Yeah, thats a good idea, I would also change it back.... must admit in my last game I resorted to some reloads of missionaries because I was sure they damned well had had enough trys at it already... if it was calculated at the start, I wouldnt be tempted to go back to a previous save because too much time would have elapsed.

I know... self restraint and all...

But still, it was better the old way! Never understood the reasoning why it was changed in the first place.
