yes, I have this too. The colonist stops at the foot of the ramp, all the others merge into him and he stands there for a long time.... then he releases and they all run into the dome. https://i.imgur.com/z9Qer05.png

Then, they all run up and down together on the spot outside the diner. https://i.imgur.com/YYKtWre.png

I am just waiting to see if they will suddenly go to the jobs I have prepared for them.

I had the same issue but once they ran into the dome I had to manually assign them housing and work assignments.

Just started a brand new, fresh session and the issue seem to have vanished...maybe something was not compatible...

It works by selecting one by one and send them to their specific building which is a little bit of a pain. Cant believe they havent released at least a hotfix for this yet.

Turn off the workplace filter mod. I was having this issue and tried turning off mods that affected colonist AI...turning that one off fixed it.

The new update doesn't play well with this mod.

Thank you very much, this fixed it immediately... they all appeared at the inner door of the dome and went to their accommodation... they all had the snowflake over their heads, I am guessing they got cold standing outside for so long !

However, in the tool bar at the bottom of the screen it says I have 0 colonists.. so its not quite fixed it. I guess I have to start a new game with that Mod turned off to get back to the true game.
