- Event 4001 (Barbarian Absorption) is now less common.
- Event 4001 now triggers a new event; 4010 ("Successful Colony"), which changes the culture and religion of the province if barbarian power is less than 1.

During the beta this seemed to occur, but since the official patch event 4001 has triggered without causing 4010. This results in colonies that don't change culture and religion of course, but also the barbarian power is listed as 0, but hovering the cursor over it says there's still a chance of uprising.

that can only be, if you use an old savegame ´cause of the new added trigger "colony=yes" which is given on starting colonizing a province.

new games under 2.2final didn´t show the problem.
