Colonization modification

Hello

I wanted to know if there is a way (by modifying the files of the game) to decrease or increase the limit to change a colony into a town.
I know it's possible because I saw that before EU2 1.8, the game asked for 600 inhabitants to be transformed into a town, and after, 1000 inhabitants.

You can't do it, for now. It was changed at some point between 1.05 and 1.08 in the code itself.
