Colonizers annex migratory tribes in separate peace deals who are completely disconnected to their provinces

Description​

When an AI colonizer declares on a native to expand their colony, the native is often allied to other ones, a lot of which are completely disconnected from the coast/the colonizer's colony. The colonizer, when separate peacing the allies, will annex migratory tribes completely disconnected from anything nearby and not be able to core the province.
