colonizing is going bananas

I keep colonizing but the damn thing counts up the colony's instead of giving me the option to promote a baillif and earning me money.
so I had an colony 9 instead of a city :s :wacko:


EDIT: and the video in the beginning keeps closing down and then a couple of seconds later I'm in the main menu already.

You can skip the intro movie by renaming the AVI folder ot AVI_back.

Colonies must be size 10 to become cities. And gameplay questions should be asked in the general discussion forum.
