I'm trying to modify the colors for hostile, neutral, and friendly armies so I can see them a little better - I'm red/green color blind, so they are really hard to differentiate.

Does anyone know where those colors are defined?

Specifically the red/gray/green/blue horizontal banner that displays the strength of an army at the map level.

Something like this to start? Tweaked a little but I think this helps. Tweaked a little more, v4.

Added another file, which tweaks a bit more, like the progress bars.
