I changes some things in my main scenario, but now that I'm playing two bordering coutries (Pommern & Brandenburg) have the same color on the political map. How can I prevent this in a scenario?
Or to make the quiestion even more practical: How are these colors defined in the scenatio files?

Each tag has a color associated with it. You can change the colors, but that doesn't solve the problem in N Germany, for example. You could do a lot of work to change what countries use what tags so that things are clearer on the political map, but...

there is so many nations in germany so that it is almost impossible to make noone have the same color as a nighbour.

So it's mainly just trying... OK, I just had one problem for now: Pommenania/Brandenburg, but I could swap that one. That would help with the opening screen, but nations tend to expand or decline, so later in the game the troubles would come back.

Has anyone any idea to stop nations changing borders?
Pausing the game might help... (hehe)

thanks
