Is there a list (possibly visual, with an example of the color next to the name) of valid colors that can be used for the countries and the flags?

Ok, after much reding I found this post.

yet, I've tried to recolour PAPA to black in the country.csv file, and I got something that is a couple of shades darker than white.. ivory?

I'm officially puzzled.

Name of colour doesn't always match the actual colour it will have in the game. I doubt anyone has ever tried to make any kind of list what colour which colourname matches with.
