Combining AoI with AGCEEP

AoI and AGCEEP are my two favorite mods, AGCEEP due to its historical and alternative-history events, and AoI because I always get sad when the game ends in 1819, and this mod adds more years of gameplay.

So basically I want to add all of the 1819+ events from AoI to AGCEEP for my own playing pleasure. What would be the most efficient way of doing that and what are some of the things to look out for? Obviously I have to look for event ID conflicts, I can look up AGCEEP event numbers in the sticky, but is it entirely correct? Then I would have to check all country tags in country.csv. What then?

Speaking of AoI, it is not possible to have more than 60 technological levels, right?

Nope. If it was possible, I would have done it.

As for your other question, you're in for a lot of work any way you do it. There's no easy solution.
