i know ive asked this before but how do i go about combining the two mods. i want the combal and annexation aspect of total conquest with the map and everything else if lofmod.

Assuming you're using Lofmod 1.7 and TCM 2.1 Lite:
  1. Install Lofmod and TCM as normal.
  2. In Lofmod\common\defines.txt, search for the line with _DIPDEF_MAX_ANNEX_SIZE_ and change the value to 12 (I'm thinking of dropping this a little to 8, 12 feels like just a bit too much - so feel free to change it to whatever you want).
  3. In Lofmod\common\event_modifiers.txt, copy the last three entries from the TCM file over to the Lofmod file.
  4. Copy all files from TCM's decisions, events and localisations folders to the appropriate Lofmod folders.
  5. Run Lofmod as normal.
Hope that helps :)

Edit: if you've already started a Lofmod campaign, adding TCM will be completely savegame compatible :)
