With this event appearing in CKII, EU and Vicky, what kind of effects do you foresee it having in Stellaris? It's definitely been a running PDX joke.. I'm hoping for something along the lines of "Well this is nothing unusual"

Reactions:
navigation- "captain! comet sighted! 10 million kilometers off the port bow!"

captain- "hmmmmmm... FIRE EVERYTHING DAMN YOU!" (player character loses 1 stability):p

Sending comets to primitive cultures to lower their stability would be fine too.

You mean primitive cultures like during the Early Modern Era? :p

EU is the only game were the comet is negativ if I remember right...

Well they have said you could study primitive alien life on planets you can find, so I can only assume the reasonable way to go about it without any form of contact is to disguise your ships as comets and fly them overhead....
