To explain my problem/question, perhaps I can simply refer you to the attached image:
My colonists "had an unprepared meal" and then complained about no diner being available (not full, unavailable)...on the same day he visited a diner. One of the four that exist in this dome, together with 2 grocers, all working 3 shifts (I checked).

So... three questions about this:
  1. Is this simply a bug? I also found a biologist simultaneously giving the "no luxury available" message despite a casino being present and staffed in the dome.
  2. Does anyone know a reliable rule for the number of food buildings needed per colonist to avoid unprepared meals? I've read (and tried) everything from "1 per dome" to "2 per house". If a building can have 10 visitors at once, how many can it serve per day? I currently have about 1 building per 20 colonists, which seems to satisfy most, but not all. None of them seem even remotely at capacity when checking their visitor numbers.
  3. Can we please get a global indicator for the unprepared meal complaint for each dome, similar to the complaints about service buildings being unavailable? Currently the only way to check if you have sufficient food buildings is to click individual colonists until you find one that is not satisfied, which seems like an unnecessarily big pain.
