Concerning Personnel Interactions

Is the Personnel Interaction tab in the character diplomacy inbuilt into the Game Of Thrones mod itself or is it from another mod and incorporated into the Game of Thrones mod and if the 2nd is true what mod is it from?

It's something we added especially for the mod. It replaced the send gift interaction. You can see how it works in event/interaction_events.txt
