Confed Partition Law Succession giving both duchies to firstborn

Description​

I have noticed some weirdness when it comes to succession a few times and I finally decided to document it in the latest find. Tribals are locked to confederate partition yet sometimes like in the example of Prussia they give both duchies to the primary heir. All other children are still primed to get land, so they are not disinherited or bastards. No special laws attached to the duchies in question either/

Take a look at the ruler of Prussia passing both its duchies to the firstborn

Hi, It seems that the issue might have occurred due to the ruler of prussia having title of Masuria despite not having any lands in Masuria. however when trying to reproduce the situation the title was correctly dismantled. It's possible that the issue was already fixed. Could you check if the issue still occurs for you after updating the game to 1.9.1 version? Please note that the issue will still be present on the provided save file.
