No, Really, I did.
I believe its possible to conquer the world as the Ottomans, the French, the Austrians, even the pathetic English. I do not believe its possible to conquer the world as 'The Knights' who start with a single island province, or Navarra, etc. Anyone who is annexing majors is already hacking the game anyway (which is okay for fun, but its called cheating if you are attempting to represent this as a normal game). There are many ways of cheating. First, you can set the game to pathetically easy. Second, you can repeatedly save and hack the save game file to give yourself unlimited credits, zero inflation, all manufactories, all technologies, etcetera, and give your enemies absolutely nothing (say it again). Third, you can use in game features or cheats to give yourself unlimited intelligence.
The original idea here was to say that AARs should be played with the game played as it was meant to be played, or a disclaimer attached. These conquer the world as [insert random pithy nation] AARs are really just one vain child/person hoping that this makes them look smart or cunning. Its neither interesting nor historical.
I have yet to receive a save game file which looks believable or reasonable in which I am disproven.
