I have one business suggestion to you. to consider to buy Rights on Heroes of Might and Magic game series.
It been No:1 game of my childhood together with Command & Conquer Red Alert.
HoMM games have series have big fan base but unfortunately after bankruptcy of 3DO game rights been sold to UBISOFT but it still don't made Great HoMM game which be better then legendary Heroes of Might and Magic III which is alive 1999 due big fan base and lot of mods.
Heroes of Might and Magic V and VII been good (have good potential) but very buggy with weak patch support by UBISOFT.
I think that HoMM fantasy World will fit your production strategy which are oriented to strategy games and that you can give HoMM games new fresh rebirth
