Thanks for this, you make some excellent points here and I'll raise them with the dev team to see what we can do. There's certainly a few cases of % and % units not scaling with the NG+ difficulty levels, and wel all want spellcasters to be a viable option for top level play.

Some of these things will take some time to resolve, but I hope we can get there in due time.
