Consistent crash on same day of save file, CrashReporter not working

Description​

On the same day of the save file, while my character is competing in a jousting tournament, no matter various graphic settings and other elements I can imagine might impact a crash, the audio stutters and the game freezes for about 1 second and then immediately crashes. The save game is currently at immediately before the crash state.

Steps to reproduce​

Hard to say, but if you play the save game for just one day I imagine it will crash. Might have something to do with the jousting tournament my character is participating in.
