1. Enabling changing the appearance of zoned buildings individually - i.e. a 4x4 generic style building can be selected, and a drop down selection should be enabled to select a particular style, from the ones available based on Installed DLCs, zoning type and lot size (low/high density) (i.e. a generic residential 4x4 can be converted individually to University, European, MCM, etc. without zoning). The main benefit will be variety of styles within a small district, saving time and overriding the zoned areas limit. 2. Enabling changing the appearance of a zoned buildings to one of the levels once it reaches max level. For example, a 4x4 residential building (low or high density) has reached level 5, an option should be enabled to select it and revert the appearance via a drop down list selection to one of the levels (1-5). This will significantly reduce the time for completing a city, as areas can be zoned and a style assigned and players can go back to it to change the appearance as preferred, once max level is reached, allowing more diversity or unification, save time and efforts for waiting for the right time to make a building historical, which is a major pain point for all console/vanilla players . THANK YOU!
