Constant crashes to windows

Hello, just today when i want to play a new game, it will crash into the windows after selecting which date and ruler i want to play. I have delete all mods, playset, verify and also reinstall, but still the same problem.
The error log said:

i have no problem playing it last night after the new dlc released, but this morning until now i cant play again.

Does this still happen after the 1.16.01 patch? It fixes one crash cause at that point.

This may have some fixes. not 100% fool proof but it may have the fixes that maybe relevant. I am trying to make a mega thread for Paradox so they know this is a massive issue and for some reason haven't made a mega thread (because logic)
