Constant crashes

After buying all the DLC and installing patch 1.7 my game runs slower, hotter, and crashes after 15-30 minutes every session. The longest I've kept it going is 45 minutes, I think. This was not a problem on any other version of the game. It can happen if I'm doing something while the week ticks over, when the game saves, or at other times. I've all the settings at the lowest possible and am not using any other programs. I've followed some suggested solutions like deleting terrain cache and re-installing the game, but neither fix crashed.

This is odd. Could you please post your DxDiag file? (Windows Start Menu -> type "DxDiag" and launch it -> click "Save all information" -> upload the resulting txt file.
