Constant CTDs

Make sure your color depth is set to 16 BIT.
Turn the acceleration on your audio & video cards off.
If that solves the problem then slowly turn one of them up until you find a setting which stops the CTD.

Yarmonkey, try HOIFIX on your save game and see if that allows you to continue.
