Yikes!, When playing EU2 my laptop keeps flickering. My laptop is fairly new and powerful and the game works perfectly apart from this, in fact its faster than i expected but the flickering is driving me krazee. Can anyone help?

Run eu2_settings.exe from the Eu2 dir. Set it to No Music, and 640x480. If that runs OK increase the resolution. Let us know how it goes.

I did it but it still flickers, I have Win 2000, 261,592 kb of RAM my display is NVIDIA GeForce2 Go (Dell Mobile), SP is Intell Pentium 3 with SSE. Oh it flickers mostly when i move the mouse, if i surf the map using cursors then no flickering, the faster the mouse cursor is moved the more flashing

reduce your refresh rate to 60hz. if it works, increase to 75hz, if it doesn't revert to 60.
You should also make sure you get the latest Geforce2 Go drivers from Dell. I've got a Dell Inspiron myself with a Geforce 4 Go and it's working excellent. No flickering or other problems.
