I hope this question wasn't answered before or explained in a video. If so, please excuse me. :)

Is there any way, to control/define the maximum density of a certain tile or even district? For example: I want a specific district to work as a neat, boring suburb - not more. No apartment buildings or anything else more or less high-rise. Will that be possible?

They've said that district policies will allow you to limit building height. That should allow you to build a boring suburb.
