THat's okay, I do the support for all the games and even the publishers come to me so I never remember who I have talked to and what their system was.

Let first confirm that you have installed 1.02 and this was a game started under 1.02. ?

Did you reboot after the crash and before you tried to load in the autosave?

If it happens again try the reboot, some times if any error occurs and the game crashes the system needs to be reset before the game will run properly again.
