Corsica starts off in 1836 as 100% French. In the 1861 scenario, however, it's majority North Italian.

The "French" provinces in Sardinia-Piemonte start off majority French with a significant North Italian minority in 1836. but in the later scenarios they are all French.

Corsica should always be mostly North Italian with some French pops as well, and the western provinces in Piemonte should maintain some Italian influence.

This should at least be changed for the next V:R patch if Paradox aren't patching vanilla Vic anymore.

There are a lot of inconsitancies between the scenarios in Victoria. To be perfectly honest it is not high on your list of prioirities when we come to doing patches. The prime focus is on bugs and game play issues.
