hi...can i lower the cost of diplomacy or change the requirements?...example for vassalization (+190, military alliance, etc.etc.)...thanks

We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
As far as I know you can change the cost of asking someone whom you are at war with to become your vassal (currently 70) in the file defines.txt
_PEACE_VASSAL_COST_ = 70 #Positive
