Is CotN gonna be published in Finland and if it is when?Also, if it's not published in Finland then what other countries can i buy it from?

it will be published in Estonia! Exact date is jet unknown, but it will be out as soon as i finish my localised Estonian campaing for it(expect it in mid november or early december).

Do u know is it in English?I was thinking that if paradox doesn't publish it in Finland, i have to buy it from abroad

YEESSS!!!!I'm gonna buy it. I can't download IES because my internet is sooo slow so i'm very happy that IES is in COTN.
