Count fleeing imprisonment repeatedly flees to neighboring province...which I control

I have a save of the game after me spamming imprisons at him roughly 8 times. The first time he fled from Mallorca to Menorca (his liege, my vassal). After that he just kept 'fleeing' to that same spot. Two attempts after my save I finally got him locked up.

My attachments are full here and I can't figure out how to delete them so I can't get this save attached.

Which character are you referring to by the way, so I can try to reproduce your imprisonment attempts.
