Is there any way to change the color of a country? I manage to coup Turkey's government and make them Communist. Except, the country's color is now more or less the exact same red as the Soviet Union.

Go to "Darkest hour full/db/country.csv" and change the colour from here. I suggest you to use Wordpad.
