In "\db\country.csv" each country should have a line that goes something like this:
This one says France (FRAN) will have the country color of Dark Blue on the map. I'm not sure which colors are acceptable arguments so you'll have to wait for someone more knowledgeable than I for that part, though that is where you'd change them.
