has anyone looked into making country specific units..like giving germany panzers or russia tanks or america heavy bombers ect.. or is really impossible to make units dedicated to a certain countrys

Well, actually there is something (but I can't find the thread(s) right now). The real problem, however, is that there has been a lot of arguing about the advisability of creating country-specific units; doctrines do an overall better job in this regard.
Bottom line, I don't even recall if it would be actually possible - if you search the forum a bit you should be able to find something, though (try using the "search" function).
