I noticed that a lot of the countries on the pre-game screen don't have anything under 'strategy', so I wrote a few words for them. Here's a list of the majors with some of the gaps filled in:

BAY = {

picture = "scenarios\data\latin_data.bmp"
scenariotactics = "BAY_DESC"
countrytactics = "You start as Holy Roman Emperor, with a strong army and economy, but your position is vulnerable to attack on all sides. As you expand, pay close attention to your diplomatic standing among your neighbours, and ensure it never gets too bad."

countrymilitary = 6
countrydiplomacy = 5
}
BUR = {
desc = "BUR_DESC"
picture = "scenarios\data\latin_data.bmp"
scenariotactics = "BUR_DESC"
countrytactics = "Burgundy is the strongest of the three french successor states. She has many oppurtunities for expansion but likewise many enemies around her. Maybe an understanding in the divison of Gaul with the three other nations is wise."

BRI = {

scenariotactics = "BRI_DESC"
countrytactics = "Brittany¥s future lies on the sea, but she can¥t allow to neglect the continent as Eire can. Likewise as Burgundy a peaceful understanding over France could be a wise choice. Be sure not to loose your presence on the british islands though as you can¥t afford that."

BYZ = {

Supporting the crusader states to delay the Caliphate¥s possible advance into the minor turkish states is a valid tactic. Also a strategic partnership with Genoa could prove to be of good use for the Empire, but can the merchants be trusted?"

EIR = {

That's good - the reason I didn't do anything for KOL, TIM and CHI is that KOL isn't really a major in Abe (it gets inherited within 50 years), while TIM and CHI are leftover majors from vanilla, and I doubt they'll have too big a place in the mod if Asia gets Aberrated. But JER should probably appear as a recommended nation, as it has a reasonable set of events and leaders:

"The Muslims are much stronger than you are, and their Caliph is desperate to eject you from the Holy Land. Survival will be a challenge, never mind expansion. If you can somehow slay the giant bearing down on you, your prospects are reasonable, but remember that you're a long way from any Catholic countries that would naturally be inclined help you and Syria out - you may have to make new friends the hard way. Use the aid you receive from Europe while it lasts, as it will soon run out."
