OK - any suggestions peeps?,
firstly, I've gone thru uglyduck's post and the suggestions in that have made no difference to the following:
1) Its only minor, but if I press any key (except esc) during the intro the game crashes - no errors just back to the desktop with whatever was on the screen at the time as my "new" background.
2) more annoying, when I exit the game, the desktop stays at whatever resolution the game is played at and doesn't revert my resolution of choice (1280X1024).
My system:
Athlon (classic) 550
Asus K7M mboard
384MB RAM
Geforce 2 MX 32MB Detonators (29.42)
Soundblaster Live Value - latest drivers from creative site.
DX 8.1
