Fighting as a non-warleader, I've run into a few issues with how province occupation gets assigned, and specifically with me getting assigned provinces I don't want. To that end:

1) Be able to set something so that when you (or one of your vassals) wins a siege, you can automatically either 1) Keep the occupation yourself, 2) Assign the occupation to the warleader, or 3) Assign the occupation of any province where neither you nor your vassals have a claim to the warleader, but keep the occupation for provinces where you (or your vassals) do have a claim.

2) Be able to toggle something that prevents the warleader from giving you provinces in a peace deal. I understand the decision to remove the "Warleader can't give away provinces," but having the warleader give you provinces you don't want can create its own set of problems.

You are able, and You said that in first point: transfer occupation. I never seen AI transfer me back occupation (no ping-pong). Though it is AoW only feature.

The only DLC feature is pretty painful. In my latest game, I've actually stopped calling on my ally because they have a tendency to start sieging provinces I want before I have a chance to.
