Summary
Court Artifacts stay with first kingdom title even if capital has movedDescription
In a empire nation, it seems the artifacts in a court stay with the founding kingdom title even if the capital is moved to a different kingdom. Therefore if the capital has changed kingdoms, the primary heir will not inherit the court artifacts of the previous ruler. In my game, I formed the kingdom of Aquitaine and later on formed the empire of Francia. I then moved my capital to Ile de France, which is found in the Kingdom of France. When my ruler died, all of my court artifacts went to the heir that inherited the Kingdom of Aquitaine, not my primary heir that received the Empire of Francia, Kingdom of France, Duchy, and Capital County of Ile De France.
Steps to reproduce
1. Form Kingdom2. Form Empire
3. Change Capital to a county in a different kingdom than the first kingdom of your capital
4. Ruler Dies (In my scenario I had multiple sons and high partition succession laws)
5. Primary son (Son A) inherits empire and 2nd kingdom title that contains the capital county and another son (Son B) inherits the first kingdom that had the original capital before it was changed in step 3.
6. Son B will inherit all the court artifacts of the ruler that died in step 4 even though he is not the primary heir.
