Court Event "Rivals in Agreement" miscoded

Description​

The Court Event "Rivals in Agreement" (which appears frequently when using the Hold Court decision) does not correctly account for a character's diplomacy score in the "I'm sure if you looked at this another way..." option. From my observations, a higher diplomacy score actually decreases the chances of success. Attached images show my 31 Diplomacy Skill queen with a 0% chance of success on the option.

Steps to reproduce​

Use "Hold Court" and wait for the event to appear.
