Playing CKDV 2.1 beta and I've noticed that if a courtier in an advisors position loyalty triggers the event in which they demand that if I do not appreciate their service they will seek employment elsewhere I can simply select the "Good Riddance" option and the courtier is no longer an advisor. Their loyalty immediately goes back up to 100% however, and I can simply re-hire them into the same advisor position with 100 % loyalty.

Is this a known bug ?

Who are you playing ?

When you choose the 'good riddance' option the courtier should leave your court nearby. If there is no court nearby, f.e. when you are playing Nubia in 1066 or the Faroer Islands then the courtiers stays in your court.

So yes, it is a known bug.

At the time I was playing the Kingdom of Georgia. I was able to solve it, regardless, by manually patching in the DVIP events. In fact that turns out to be an ideal solution since I like the DVIP but can not install it entirely because I plan to export my game into EUIII when finished and could not have any mod changing the map or the nations, thus causing import problems. My guess is that changing events that are globally applied (not new or created nation specific) will only effect the current game play not the final export process..... but I digress. The problem was solved pretty easily once I thought about it.

Thanks
