Hey Sully! I need your help. These show up in game ALL TINY...is this a bug somehow?

Can somone help me? EAI fails to load decals. I tried it with another active playset with just the decals and required mods activated, that didn't work either. All other mods and assets work perfectly.

I also ran into this problem. I finally checked the logs, and read access denied by the computer, so I ran the game using administrator privileges and now the decals load up without fail, hope it helps.
I have the same problem. something is stopping them loading in, it includes billboards dirt's and stains as well not loading. sometimes it loads, may be 1 out of 5. I can not work out the problem, hopefully some one can. They look great when they work btw. I am using Skyve to run game. Since Paradox mods is still Beta, I blame Paradox.
it's unbeliaveble how the mod stopped working well and the creator doesen't even care
