Crafting Gotham City – Any Ideas or Plans?

Just wanted to ask if anyone could share their plans or anything they know about Gotham City from the last 20 years? @mrdo919 did an amazing version of Boston here, also we have Republic City (Avatar Korra, yes) as well right now, and Los Santos...

I’m wondering if we could pull off a Gotham or Arkham version too. I know it’s a fictional universe and, like, each version of Gotham’s different, so it’s hard to pin down. But it would be awesome if we could make a template for it in this thread.

This is Totally possible it just needs a heightmap I would hate to make it perfectly flat but could use an height map of the area which is Atlantic City NJ Area.

I think with some tweaking; it could give a really solid foundation.
