Hello, i most first of all say i love this game!
But i have done so many cities now and all only crashes when they are getting bigger i have never done a cite over 400k, and thats only because after a certain time the game crashes all the time.

I can paus the time and build something for some minutes and save the game and sometimes it dosen't crash under the saving procedur but that is the only way to play now for me.

This city in the movie are dead, i iam trying to get the 1001 nights trophy so i haven't done something for over 100years on it. it goes from 280k up to 380k in 20years cycles and the economy is almost +-0

(Look after 2min)

Dear Paradox Developers,
please be accountable and take action on this issue if possible or at least provide the fans and gamers on the consoles (PS4 in my case) an explanation.
The game clearly runs out of working-memory - you can hear the fan in the ps4 increasing revs just before crashing out (and don't give me any of that heat-crap - deal with the actual issue not everything that is not the issue as an stalling-method). My city has barely reached 238.000 population and I can play an average of 3-4 minutes before crashing out to PS4-home screen.
I have uninstalled/re-installed the games repeatedly without any different result. I have cleared dikspace without any different result.
The correlation between crash and auto-save is not 100% solid but the chances of crashing out increases upon auto-saving.
Frame-rat drops down to still-pictures basically.

You've seemingly released a "meant for high-end-PC's" kind of product incompatible with console's.
I truly enjoy this game but it is very frustrating when a console game genuinely runs out of RAM-memory. It should not be able to happen, that's the whole point of consoles - they are locked at lower specs in favor of higher stability and reliability. The frustration inreases when you (Developers') seem to ignore the fans and gamers on your forums asking for assistance on your own product - even when they explicably state they enjoy your game and just wants to keep playing but are unable to.

Please consider companies such as EA when ignring to respond this post. EA are notourious in the gaming-community for their arrogance toward the fans of their games and the constantly drop in quality in each new game they release.
- how you handle the fans of your games (on all platforms) will determine your reputation in the gaming-community.

Thank you.

Sincerely.
Carl
