Crash at loading screen, due to corrupt save file

Description​

Whenever I try to start the game it loads in the loading screen with the paintings. Then the music starts right before it changes to the main menu, the music stops for 2 sec and then resumes, 1 sec after it resumes the game crashes.

This is probably due to a corrupted cloud save that I cant remove from outside the game. The game works if I play on a different account or logged out. As soon as my game syncs and adds my cloudsaves, the game will crash on start up, making it impossible to play.

I play on Xbox App.

Steps to reproduce​

I started the game as the king of Castille 1066 start. I noticed that the spouse I married had an extremly buggy character model (the game in general felt buggy) so I quit to main menu to start over. When reaching main menu the game crashed. When trying to start again the game kept crashing as described.

The only way to play with my account being online is to completely remove the game and reinstall it, then start the game offline, make a new save, go online while still in the game. Restart the game, cancel the synchronization, then it lets me get into the game and start a new save. However if I ever shut the game down and restart it, it will have synched in the background and the crashing continues making me unable to start the game.
