There is a crash bug with barbarians if multiple barbarian stacks are sieging the same province that is an one-province country and below the population threshold for barbarians to decolonize it (7?)

When the barbarians win the siege, the first barbarian stack takes over the country, then the second decolonizes the province, which creates a country without provinces and crashes the game 1 day after the takeover.

To recreate, simply spawn two barbarian stacks in the same one-province country with a low population and let them win the siege.
