Crash on Serbia

I'm playing as Germany, with the latest patch, from 1914, and I gave the Soviets the harsh conditions for peace. Now every time Serbia splits from them, my game crashes. All the other rebels form just fine, but Serbia shuts me down every time.

Do you mean Siberia, not Serbia, right?
Are you using patch 1.01 on Steam?

Heh, yes, I meant Siberia.
I do have the game through steam, and I have it patched to 1.01.1

Steam didn't patch the game properly.

Ahah, thank you. I looked everywhere for a solution but since I'd swapped Serbia and Siberia in my head, I wasn't getting any results.
