While playing Victoria 3, my better-spec Windows 11 PC frequently crashed, while my lower-spec Windows 10 PC did not. After I changed the power mode to "Best energy efficiency" in the settings and turned off Game Mode in the Windows 11 gaming settings, the crashes stopped completely.
