Crashes during Saves

Description​

I had auto save enabled, and every two year or so the autosave was crashing the games. So i disabled the auto save thinking it would resolve the problem. It didn't because now every 4 to 5 saves ( which i do manually), the game crashes when i save it.

Steps to reproduce​

Manually Saving the game - when clicking on the save icon in the menu - loading phase then crashes before i enter a savingname
Or
Activate Auto save ( every year, i didn't try others)

I have the same issue for a long time. I even removed all my mods uninstalled and reinstalled the game. I went through all my folders and manually deleted everything. I started playing without mods and in no time it started crashing on manual and auto saves. I even turned off auto save and it did it to me.

I then spent this past weekend whipping my entire computer clean and only have ck3 on it now and I have a computer with more than the basic requirements for this game and it still crashes on me.

My stepfather built this computer from scratch and came over and took all gaming hardware off and cleaned before I did the long process of making this computer completely clean.


My stepdad is a big gamer and he just threw his hands up and said its not the hard and its not the software this is a game issue.

Hi , I found the crash report folder regarding the fact that sometimes my game crashes. Yet I don't know if it concerns the save bug or the crashes during play
